Louie spoke at the William Pitt Union, Lower Lounge, and our Faculty Advisor,
Carl Kurlander, moderated the serious conversation about the process of being funny.
Anderson said that in order to be successful as a comedian (or in the industry in general)
, you can't give up,
comparing it to waiting in line at an amusement park. "If you stay in line, eventually
you'll get on the ride...the hard part is staying in line."
Louie is performing at the Improv at the
Waterfront Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings (March 18,19,20). Call
412-462-5233 for tickets.
